We have been building and renovating quality homes since 1988, always making sure we work the right way as opposed to the easy way. David works on every job himself.
David builds architecturally designed homes and has worked alongside architects and designers such as bernhardt architecture and ebode Ltd.
He brings the same thinking to each build that he has used since the 1980s: natural light, warmth, good insulation and, where it suits, solar panels. Building this way doesn’t have to cost more, and it can save you money once you count running costs.
Ecoconstruct renovates existing homes, including heritage properties. One client had two renovation projects done in her heritage apartment and says the team communicated well, arrived on time, thought about the right solution and cleaned up after themselves.
A renovation is also a chance to make an older home warmer, drier and cheaper to run.
